Due to the impact of this year's No. 13 typhoon "Bailang," multiple river basins in Zhejiang have experienced numbered floods. In the early morning of the 10th, the Tiao River in northern Zhejiang experienced Flood No. 1 of 2026. On the morning of the 10th, the Beihu flood retention area in Yuhang District of Hangzhou was activated, with all six gates of the Beihu flood diversion gate opened to reduce peak flows and alleviate the severe flood control pressure in the eastern Tiao River basin.
