Zhongsheng Gaoke announced that the company plans to invest 30 million yuan in establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary, "Jingsheng New Materials Co., Ltd.," in Jiangyin Town, Fuqing City, using its own or raised funds, for the investment and construction of the "Jingsheng New Materials Polypropylene Deep Processing Project." Additionally, it plans to invest 20 million yuan in cash and kind to establish another wholly-owned subsidiary, "Fujian Shenghao New Materials Co., Ltd.," in Luoyuan County, Fuzhou City, for the investment and construction of the "Polymer New Materials Project." Both projects will engage in the production and sales of modified plastics new materials, with total investments of 50 million yuan and 35 million yuan, respectively, sourced from its own funds.
