Borui Data announced that from August 4 to August 5, 2026, Yuanhengli Hui reduced its holdings by 193,390 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.44% of the total share capital; on August 10, Meng Xidong reduced his holdings by 441,000 shares through block trading, accounting for 0.99% of the total share capital. After this change in equity, the combined shareholding ratio of Meng Xidong and his concerted action parties decreased from 10.00% to 8.57%.
