Juran Zhi Jia: The 100% equity of Zhongtian Jiy has completed the industrial and commercial change, and the actual controller has been changed to Ms. Yang Fang.

Juran Zhijia announced that the company's original actual controller, Mr. Wang Linpeng, has passed away. His spouse, Ms. Yang Fang, has acquired shares in the company through the division of community property and inheritance. Following this change in equity, Ms. Yang Fang now controls a total of 2.736 billion shares, accounting for 43.93% of the company's total share capital, and the actual controller of the company has changed from Mr. Wang Linpeng to Ms. Yang Fang. In terms of progress, the industrial and commercial change procedures for the 100% equity held by Mr. Wang Linpeng in Zhongtian Jiye have been completed, and Ms. Yang Fang now holds 100% equity in Zhongtian Jiye. The transfer procedures for the company shares directly held by Mr. Wang Linpeng, as well as for Juran Holdings and Zhidaji Building Materials, are still in process.
