New Fengming: One of the actual controllers, Qu Fengqi, has reduced his holdings to below 5%.

Xinfengming announced that from July 20 to August 10, 2026, one of the actual controllers, Qu Fengqi, and his concerted party, Tongxiang Zhongju Investment Co., Ltd., will collectively reduce their holdings by 35,818,400 shares, accounting for 2.14% of the company's total share capital. Among them, Qu Fengqi reduced his holdings by 19,048,500 shares through block trading from July 29 to August 10, accounting for 1.14%, lowering his shareholding percentage from 6.06% to 4.93%, and he is no longer a shareholder with more than 5% of the shares. This reduction does not trigger a tender offer and will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholder and actual controller.
