China Hongqiao (01378.HK): Early redemption of the $330 million 7.05% senior unsecured notes maturing in 2028.

Zhitong Finance APP News, China Hongqiao (01378.HK) announced that according to the terms and conditions of the notes and the contract dated January 10, 2025, entered into by the Company, the guarantors mentioned therein, and China International Capital Corporation Trust Limited (the Trustee) regarding the issuance of the notes, the Company today announced that it has notified the Trustee and the noteholders that all outstanding notes will be redeemed on September 11, 2026 (the optional redemption date) at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes plus the applicable premium (as defined in the contract) and any accrued and unpaid interest (if any) up to (but excluding) the optional redemption date in accordance with Clause 3.02(a) of the contract.
