Zhitong Financial APP News, Daqian Ecology (603955.SH) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Anhui Xinhua Distribution (Group) Holding Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xinhua Distribution Group), plans to reduce its holdings of the companys stock by no more than 1.3572 million shares (no more than 1% of the companys total share capital) through centralized bidding. The reduction plan will be implemented within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement.
