Kaige Precision Machinery announced that on July 17, 2026, the fifth meeting of the third board of directors approved the establishment of a special account for additional raised funds by its wholly-owned subsidiary Nanchang Kaike, to store funds for the "Construction Project of Precision Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Production Base." On August 10, the company and Nanchang Kaike signed the "Fundraising Four-Party Supervision Agreement" with China Merchants Bank Dongguan Branch and the sponsoring institution Guosen Securities, to manage the special account for the storage and use of the funds.
