CITIC Securities announced that its wholly-owned offshore subsidiary, CITIC Securities International, has issued $11.5 million in notes under its medium-term note program via its affiliate CSI MTN Limited on August 10, 2026, guaranteed by CITIC Securities International. As of the announcement date, the actual guaranteed balance provided stands at $2.902 billion, with the total external guarantees from the company and its holding subsidiaries amounting to 206.752 billion yuan, accounting for 64.62% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. This guarantee is within the companys authorized scope, and the risk is controllable.
