Wildfires in the province of Huelva, Spain, continue to spread, having already burned over 8,000 hectares of land.
On August 10 local time, the wildfire prevention authorities of Spain's Andalusia region announced that the forest fire in the province of Huelva, which began on the 6th, is still spreading. To date, over 8,000 hectares of land have been burned, leading to the evacuation of 474 residents. Authorities reported that since the morning of the 10th, approximately 150 firefighters and 11 firefighting vehicles have been involved in the firefighting efforts, and the complex local weather conditions have made the firefighting work even more challenging.
