Yisiwei announced that the company will be listed on the STAR Market on February 11, 2026. If the closing price of the company's stock is below the issue price for 20 consecutive trading days within six months after the listing, it will trigger the fulfillment conditions for shareholders to extend their share lock-up period. The controlling shareholder Yishisi Yuan, along with seven shareholders including the actual controller Guo Yin, will have their pre-IPO shares automatically extended by six months on top of the original lock-up period. The sponsoring institution believes that this action aligns with shareholder commitments and has no objections to the extension of the lock-up period.
