Hanzhong Precision Machinery (002158.SZ) investee company Denail has withdrawn its application materials for listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.

Zhitong Finance APP reported that Hanzhong Precision Machinery (002158.SZ) announced that its affiliate, Denaire Energy Saving Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Denaire"), has decided to terminate the work related to the listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "BSE") based on its own business development direction and strategic planning considerations, and to withdraw the listing application materials that had been previously submitted to the BSE.
