Wolfspeed collaborates with Lite-On Technology on 800 VDC silicon carbide power solutions.

According to Wolfspeed news, Wolfspeed and Lite-On Technology have announced a strategic cooperation. Wolfspeed's silicon carbide technology has been adapted for Lite-On Technology's 800 VDC sidecar and computer rack power supply units, to support the next generation of artificial intelligence data centers for hyperscale data center customers, and is expected to be adopted by multiple cloud service provider platforms and for future deployments.
