Zhiyun Finance APP news, Beijing Enterprises Water Group (00371) announced that according to the "Announcement on the Public Issuance of Reissue Company Bonds for Professional Investors (Phase I) by Beijing Enterprises Water Group Co., Ltd. in 2026," the basic term of the reissue company bonds (hereinafter referred to as "this phase of bonds") is 3 years, with every 3 interest-bearing years constituting one repricing cycle. At the end of each repricing cycle, the issuer has the right to choose to extend the term of this type of bonds by one cycle (i.e., extend by 3 years) or to fully redeem this type of bonds at maturity at the end of that cycle. The issuance scale of this phase of bonds is not more than RMB 500 million (including RMB 500 million).
