Zhihui International Holdings (01765.HK) announced that after the trading session on August 7, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yibin Xuande Education Consulting Management Limited, entered into an agreement with Gao County Huirun Education Limited to sell land along with properties, for a total consideration of approximately RMB 248 million. The group expects to recognize an unaudited loss of approximately RMB 27.2017 million from the sale.
