Typhoon "White Dolphin" officially makes landfall.

The center of this year's 13th typhoon "Bohai Dolphin" made landfall along the coast of Kanmen Street in Yuhuan City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province around 5:30 PM today, with maximum wind speeds of 14 levels near the center and a minimum pressure of 945 hPa.
