"Several Measures to Optimize the Business Environment at Ports in Shenzhen for 2026" Released, 19 Initiatives to Comprehensively Enhance Customs Clearance Efficiency
The "Measures for Optimizing the Business Environment at Ports in Shenzhen by 2026" has been recently released. This measure was jointly researched and formulated by the Port Office of the city and Shenzhen Customs, in collaboration with various member units of the Shenzhen Working Group on Optimizing the Business Environment at Ports. Centered around the goal of creating a market-oriented, law-based, and internationally competitive port business environment, 19 working initiatives have been launched. These aim to enhance the facilitation level of cross-border trade, promote the development of port characteristics, and better serve the city's high-quality development and high-level opening up. The "Measures" cover various areas including optimizing customs clearance environments, innovating regulatory models, infrastructure construction, developing new business formats, enhancing enterprise services, improving the consumption environment, and promoting cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, striving to systematically elevate the overall level of the port business environment in Shenzhen.
