Today, the wind and rain in Zhejiang will further intensify, with forecasts indicating that areas such as Taizhou and Ningbo may experience heavy rainfall over the next two days, with coastal gusts reaching levels 13 to 16. Affected by Typhoon "White Dolphin," significant rainfall began to appear in Zhejiang on the night of the 7th, and the rainfall intensified yesterday, with heavy rainfall recorded in Ningbo, Taizhou, Zhoushan, and Shaoxing, including intense downpours in some areas of Ningbo. Monitoring data shows that from 8 PM on the 7th to 6 AM on the 9th, the province had an average rainfall of 35 millimeters, with many places experiencing rainstorms to heavy rain and localized extreme downpours. In Li'ao Village of Ninghai, the total precipitation reached 263 millimeters, and the maximum hourly rainfall in Lanting Village of Ninghai peaked at 82 millimeters, with the rain being quite fierce. Additionally, since 8 PM on the 7th, coastal areas of Zhejiang have recorded wind speeds of level 10 to 14, with some stations reaching level 15, and the maximum wind speed at the Suan Island station in Wenling reached 47.4 meters per second.
