On August 5, 2026, the second stage debris of a Falcon 9 rocket from Elon Musk's SpaceX successfully crashed into the surface of the Moon as predicted. However, a video shared by Musk, which claimed to capture the moment, turned out to be false. This video has rapidly spread across various overseas social media platforms, with versions in Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, and Hindi, among others. In reality, no satellites have yet recorded genuine video of the impact process from space.
