The National Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters has activated a Level 3 emergency response for flood and typhoon prevention in Zhejiang and Fujian.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Management, the National Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters will raise the emergency response level for flood prevention and typhoon defense in Zhejiang and Fujian from level four to level three on the 7th.
