The typhoon "White Dolphin" has entered the 24-hour warning zone, and multiple departments have initiated emergency responses.

As of 10 PM tonight, Typhoon "White Dolphin" has entered the 24-hour warning zone, approximately 600 kilometers east of Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province. "White Dolphin" is expected to move slowly westward at a speed of 5 to 10 kilometers per hour, and it is forecasted to make landfall in the coastal areas of northern Fujian and Zhejiang between the afternoon of the 9th and the morning of the 10th. The National Defense Ministry raised the emergency response level for flood and typhoon prevention in Zhejiang and Fujian from Level 4 to Level 3 at 4 PM on the 7th. The Ministry of Natural Resources has initiated a Level 3 emergency response for marine disasters in Zhejiang, and a Level 4 emergency response for marine disasters in Jiangsu, Shanghai, and Fujian, as well as a Level 4 response for geological disaster prevention in Zhejiang and Fujian. The Ministry of Water Resources activated a Level 4 emergency response for flood prevention in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, and Jiangxi at 6 PM on August 7th.
