Dazhong Mining announced that its revenue for the first half of 2026 was 1.778 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.86%; the net profit was 322 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 20.59%. During the reporting period, major shareholders holding more than 5%, Liang Xinyu, Chairman Niu Guofeng, and executive Zhang Jie completed their share reduction plans; former CFO Zou Qingli resigned, and Xu Xiangwei was appointed as the new CFO; the company plans to raise no more than 2.5 billion yuan for lithium mine projects, among others; management adjustments were made, with Wang Ximing appointed as General Manager, Vice Chairman, and legal representative; the profit distribution for 2025 was implemented, and the conversion price for "Dazhong Convertible Bonds" was adjusted; the subsidiary obtained new mining rights and exploration permits; and the joint venture subsidiary completed its business registration.
