Beijing announces 10 freight companies with prominent traffic safety hazards and summons relevant responsible persons.

According to a message from the Beijing Traffic Police WeChat official account, recently, a joint meeting was held by multiple departments including the Beijing Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau, the Municipal Transportation Commission, the Municipal Urban Management Commission, and the Emergency Management Bureau to report on and discuss the serious traffic safety hazards posed by ten freight companies in the city and to interview the heads of these companies. The meeting reported on the traffic violations and fatal accidents of Beijing Hongsheng Xingye Trading Co., Ltd., the Second Cleaning Vehicle Yard of the Chaoyang District Environmental Sanitation Service Center in Beijing, Beijing Hengyun Hongtu Transportation Co., Ltd., Beijing Jindi Shunping Trading Co., Ltd., Beijing Shunxing Hong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Xueyan Road Transportation Co., Ltd., Beijing Zizhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Xiangzitongda Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Guoxin Changda Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and Beijing Anjie Yongtai Transportation Co., Ltd., with two of the highlighted companies giving speeches on their corrective measures. Subsequently, the Beijing Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau, the Municipal Transportation Commission, the Municipal Urban Management Commission, and the Emergency Management Bureau jointly interviewed the heads of the involved companies, focusing on the new situation and changes in the freight industry in the second half of 2026, and proposed specific requirements regarding the implementation of transportation safety system dynamic monitoring management, emergency response to production safety, and prevention of traffic safety hazards. All freight companies were warned to learn from these examples, strengthen their determination for safety management, thoroughly review and identify various traffic safety hazards, implement management measures for each item, ensure effective control over vehicle and driver operations, enhance the effectiveness of traffic safety risk prevention, and rigorously prevent and reduce traffic violations and accidents.
