Longfor Group announced that for the seven months ending July 31, 2026, the Group achieved a total contract sales amount of RMB 18.64 billion, with a contracted sales area of 1.989 million square meters; in July alone, the contract sales amounted to RMB 2.09 billion, with a contracted sales area of 239,000 square meters; in July, the contract sales amount attributable to equity shareholders of the company was RMB 1.39 billion, with an equity contract sales area of 168,000 square meters. The operating and service business revenue for the first seven months was approximately RMB 15.91 billion, of which operating revenue was approximately RMB 8.52 billion and service revenue was approximately RMB 7.39 billion.
