Weidao Nano announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, joint actor, and shareholder holding more than 5%, Juhaiying, will reduce its holdings in the company by a total of 4.6446 million shares, representing a decrease of 1%, from July 31 to August 7, 2026, through a centralized bidding method, with a total amount of 449 million yuan. After this change in equity, Juhaiying's shareholding ratio will decrease from 7.97% to 6.97%, and the total shareholding ratio with joint actors will decrease from 57.81% to 56.81%, reaching a change of 1% in integer multiples. This reduction does not trigger a public tender offer and will not lead to a change in the actual controller.
