Zheshang Bank (02016.HK) has completed the issuance of 30 billion yuan of perpetual capital bonds (Phase 1) (Bond Connect) maturing in 2026.

Zheshang Bank (02016.HK) announced that, with the approval of the National Financial Supervisory Administration and the People's Bank of China, Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. (the Bank) recently issued the "Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. 2026 Non-fixed Term Capital Bonds (First Tranche) (Bond Connect)" (hereinafter referred to as "the current bonds") in the national interbank bond market.
