Lu Master announced that it expects to incur a loss of approximately RMB 13 million to 15 million in the first half of 2026, compared to a net profit of approximately RMB 11.9 million in the same period of 2025. The loss is mainly due to the online gaming business under exclusive license performing below expectations, as well as exchange losses arising from the appreciation of the RMB against the USD.
