Digital State Passage: Plans to establish a joint venture to build a computing power center project.

Digital Government announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengtong Zhican, intends to jointly invest with Zhongshu Botong and Tianxu Zhican to establish a joint venture company, with a total subscribed capital of 50 million yuan. Among this, Zhengtong Zhican will contribute 20 million yuan, holding a 40% stake. The joint venture plans to invest in the construction of a computing power center project in Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.
