Haier Smart Home announced that on June 24, 2026, the company's 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting approved the profit distribution plan, proposing a distribution of 8.867 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total dividend amount of 8.248 billion yuan. Due to the implementation of the A-share buyback plan in 2026, the number of A-shares in the buyback account has increased, and the actual total number of A-shares participating in the distribution has changed to 6.128 billion shares. The company will maintain the total distribution amount, adjusting the per-share distribution ratio to 8.9151 yuan for every 10 shares.
