This year's 13th typhoon "White Dolphin" is currently located about 740 kilometers east of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with maximum wind speeds of 15 levels near its center. It is expected that "White Dolphin" will move westward at a speed of approximately 15 kilometers per hour, potentially making landfall along the coastal areas from Ningbo in Zhejiang to Ningde in Fujian during the night of the 9th or early morning of the 10th. On the 7th at 16:00, the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Station raised the "Typhoon Warning" to Level III. In accordance with the "Fujian Province Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Drought Relief, and Typhoon Prevention" and the relevant provisions of the "Emergency Response Work Procedures of the Fujian Provincial People's Government Flood Control and Drought Relief Command," the provincial flood control command decided to elevate the emergency response for typhoon prevention to Level III at 16:00 on the 7th.
