China Financial Investment Management (00605.HK): Zhang Yan'ai appointed as Executive Director

China Financial Investment Management (00605.HK) announced that effective from August 7, 2026: (1) Ms. Zhang Yanlai has been appointed as the company's Executive Director and a member of the Compensation Committee, Nominating Committee, and Business Risk Committee, as well as an authorized representative; (2) Mr. Zhang Kun will no longer serve as the Chairman of the company's Compensation Committee; (3) Mr. Chen Jinqiang has been reassigned from a member of the company's Compensation Committee to Chairman, succeeding Mr. Zhang Kun; and (4) Mr. Zhang Min will no longer serve as an authorized representative.
