Zhitong Finance APP news, Aikang Medical (01789.HK) announced that due to personal career planning, Ms. Ma Rongkun has submitted her resignation as the company secretary; and according to Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the authorized representative of the company will take effect from August 7, 2026. Ms. Liang Kun and Ms. Li Lihua have been appointed as joint company secretaries, effective from August 7, 2026. Ms. Liang Kun will also be appointed as the authorized representative, effective from August 7, 2026.
