The Henan Public Security Bureau has confirmed that there were organized cheating criminal activities in the written examination for the "Three Supports and One Assistance" recruitment.

According to information from the Henan Public Security Department: On August 2, 2026, after receiving a report from the Human Resources and Social Security Department regarding illegal cheating activities during the written recruitment examination for the 2026 Three Supports and One Assistance program in Henan Province, the public security authorities attached great importance to the matter, promptly establishing a special task force to conduct a comprehensive investigation. It has been confirmed that there was organized cheating on a large scale during the written recruitment exam held on July 11, where suspects colluded with examination personnel before the exam to obtain the exam questions. They then immediately organized individuals to answer the questions, subsequently transmitting the answers to pre-arranged candidates using electronically prepared devices. Currently, the public security authorities have apprehended key members of the cheating organization and other individuals suspected of unlawful activities, and the case is under further investigation.
