China Eastern Airlines has released a new version of the "Implementation Rules for Voluntary Ticket Refunds and Changes for Domestic Passengers." For domestic tickets sold for travel starting after August 6, 2026, voluntary changes or refunds made 14 days in advance will be free of charge. The new rules are divided into five time segments, with the closer the change or refund request is to the departure time, the higher the fees charged.
