Each month, based on the sales plan and product inventory situation, a production, supply, and sales meeting is convened to formulate the overall production plan, which is then broken down into specific production tasks and assigned to various production departments. The production departments organize and arrange production according to these production tasks. The company adopts a production organization model that combines in-house assembly of complete machines and core components with outsourcing of parts and certain processes. Specifically, the robot complete machines and core components are produced and assembled internally, while non-core parts and certain processes are handled through customized procurement and outsourced processing. Among these, the company employs a customized procurement model for most mechanical parts and conducts strict incoming inspections for each batch of customized components to ensure that the quality specifications of the purchased custom parts meet the companys technical requirements. For most processes, including PCBA surface mounting, injection molding, and certain machining operations, the company utilizes outsourcing where external vendors perform processing according to the raw materials and related technical requirements provided by the company. This production model ensures that the company can effectively control all key core links in the production process, achieving optimization of technological advancement and cost efficiency.
