China Biotechnology Services (08037.HK): BGI Sungent Investment has completed its 6.25% equity stake in Pengbo (Hainan) held by BGI Sungent.

Zhitong Finance APP reported that China Biotechnology Services (08037.HK) announced matters related to BGI Songhe Investment. All the conditions precedent contained in the supplemental agreement have been fulfilled, and BGI Songhe Investment has been completed. As of the date of this announcement, Pengbo (Hainan) is held 6.25% by BGI Songhe. Pengbo (Hainan) will remain a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the financial statements of Pengbo (Hainan) will continue to be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
