Zhejiang Maritime Safety Administration has initiated a Level II typhoon emergency response for the coastal areas.

According to the dynamics and development trends of this year's No. 13 typhoon "White Dolphin," the Zhejiang Maritime Safety Administration has activated a Level II emergency response for typhoon prevention along the coast at 8:00 AM on August 7. Meanwhile, as of 8:00 AM on August 7, all 162 passenger ferry routes in Zhejiang Province have been suspended, 193 water engineering projects have been halted, and all 474 construction vessels have entered safe anchorage areas.
