Indium phosphide is primarily used in AIDC high-speed optical module devices, and in recent years, the data rates of optical modules have evolved from 800G to 1.6T and 3.2T, promoting continuous improvements in indium phosphide substrates and further widening the supply-demand gap. According to statistics from the Securities TimesData Bao, there are 18 stocks in the A-share market that are positioned in the indium phosphide industry chain, of which 12 have announced semi-annual reports or performance forecasts.
