According to the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, on August 6, Zhou Xiaoqian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, received a delegation led by Ma Jianyang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Shanghai Clearing House. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on cooperation in the application of new financial instruments such as offshore bonds in the Free Trade Zone and risk management areas like hedging. Both parties expressed that they will deeply implement the spirit of the Ninth Plenary Session of the Twelfth Municipal Party Committee, using a collaborative mechanism as a link to continuously promote the deep integration of financial infrastructure resources with the layout of municipal state-owned capital industries, focusing on serving the real economy and safeguarding the bottom line of financial security, and jointly contribute to the construction of Shanghai's "Five Centers."
