(referred to as "Commercial Group") signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Shandong State-Owned Assets Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shandong Guotou") on August 6, 2026. The Commercial Group intends to privately transfer 50,828,500 shares of the company it holds (accounting for 5% of the total share capital) to Shandong Guotou at a transfer price of 5.384 yuan per share, with a total transfer consideration of 274 million yuan.
