Zhitong Finance APP reported that Genesis (300083.SZ) disclosed its 2026 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (draft). The initial number of participants in this employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 10 people, excluding directors and senior management. The total amount of funds raised will not exceed 30 million yuan, with "shares" as the subscription unit, each share priced at 1 yuan, and a maximum limit of 30 million shares. The stocks for the ownership plan will come from the company's repurchased shares in its special repurchase account, totaling 2.4135 million shares, which accounts for approximately 0.15% of the company's total outstanding shares at the time of the employee stock ownership plan draft announcement. The price for acquiring the repurchased shares is 12.43 yuan per share.
