Zhitong Finance APP reported that Jin Jing New Energy (01783.HK) announced that on August 6, 2026 (after trading hours), the buyer (the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Youfu Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. established in China) entered into a server purchase agreement with the seller, Shanghai Shunquan Technology Co., Ltd. According to this agreement, the buyer agrees to purchase high-performance servers from the seller to support the group's cloud computing and intelligent computing service capabilities, for a total price of RMB 1.2884 billion (tax included).
