The company has allocated and issued a total of 804 million new H shares to CITIC Financial Holdings at an issue price of HKD 23.13 per share, accounting for approximately 5.42% of the total shares already issued by the company prior to the completion and approximately 5.14% of the total shares issued by the company after the allocation and issuance of new H shares.
