Anker Innovation announced that from July 3 to August 6, 2026, due to the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, vesting of restricted stock, and conversion of convertible bonds, the company's total share capital will increase from 582,909,171 shares to 588,054,318 shares. The controlling shareholder Yang Meng and the co-actual controller He Li will see their combined shareholding ratio diluted from 43.27% to 42.89% due to passive dilution, reaching a round number of 1%. This change in equity does not involve a reduction in holdings and will not result in a change of control.
