EVE Energy Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Huizhou EVE Power, has absorbed and merged all equity of its subsidiary, Yiding Property. Recently, Huizhou EVE Power has obtained the relevant registration notification and completed the business cancellation procedures for Yiding Property. After the merger is completed, Yiding Propertys independent legal entity status will be canceled, and all its assets, creditor rights, and debts will be legally inherited by Huizhou EVE Power. This merger will not have a significant impact on the company, and there is no situation that harms the interests of shareholders.
