Zhengyuan Zhineng announced that the company approved a proposal on March 26, 2026, to use no more than 150 million yuan of idle self-owned funds to purchase financial products. Recently, its subsidiary, Sichuan Zhengyuan Zhineng Technology Co., Ltd., used 5.5 million yuan of idle self-owned funds to purchase the CITIC Bank Xinyin Financial Daily Profit 225 cash management financial product, which is expected to yield an annualized return of 1.77%. The interest accrual date is August 5, 2026, and there is no fixed term. The company stated that this purchase will not affect normal operations and will improve the efficiency of fund utilization.
