On August 3, following the nationwide first case of a negative list in the field of artificial intelligence, as well as the successful implementation of benchmark projects from industry leaders such as Sanofi, Merck Sharp & Dohme, and Aucolier, the Beijing branch of the Korean Agricultural Cooperative Bank became the first benchmark enterprise in the national banking industry to achieve data compliance for outbound data through the negative list. Its data outbound path has shifted from the standard contract filing model to a secure and orderly free flow under negative list management, providing a replicable and promotable "Beijing solution" for the banking industry's standardized conduct of cross-border data flow. Next, the Beijing CBD will continue to deepen the application of innovative achievements in cross-border data systems, continually optimize service processes and enhance implementation efficiency, attracting more global industry leading enterprises to establish a presence, and fully strive to build a preferred high ground for national cross-border data facilitation. This will contribute strong momentum to the high-quality development of the capital and assist in the construction of Beijing's "Two Zones" with a higher level of openness.
