China Shipbuilding: Director Zhang Jiande resigns due to retirement

On August 6, China Shipbuilding announced that the company recently received a written resignation letter submitted by director Zhang Jiande. Zhang Jiande resigned from his positions as a company director, member of the nomination committee, and member of the compensation and assessment committee due to retirement. After his resignation, Zhang Jiande will no longer hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries.
