Shenzhen High-Speed Railway announced that the company plans to issue the third phase of medium-term notes for 2026 on August 7, 2026, with an issuance scale of 1 billion yuan and a term of 3 years. The funds raised are intended to be used entirely to repay maturing debt financing instruments. The issuance targets institutional investors in the national interbank bond market and will be publicly issued at face value using a centralized book-building and allocation method. The lead underwriter and book manager is China CITIC Bank, and the co-lead underwriter is Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. The issuance is planned to be completed on August 7, payment is due on August 10, and it will be listed for trading on August 11.
