Kaisheng New Energy announced that the company recently received a warning letter from the Henan Regulatory Bureau. As of May 8, 2026, the total amount of litigation and arbitration over the past 12 months reached 333 million yuan, accounting for 10.73% of the latest audited net assets. The supplemental disclosure was not made until June 29. Company Chairman Xie Jun, General Manager Chen Peng, and Board Secretary Chen Hongzhao bear primary responsibility for the violations. The Regulatory Bureau has decided to issue a warning letter to the company and the three individuals, recording it in the integrity files, and requiring a rectification report to be submitted within 15 working days.
