The supplemental disclosure was not made until June 29. Company Chairman Xie Jun, General Manager Chen Peng, and Board Secretary Chen Hongzhao bear primary responsibility for the violations. The Regulatory Bureau has decided to issue a warning letter to the company and the three individuals, recording it in the integrity files, and requiring a rectification report to be submitted within 15 working days.
